Punkiboo Design's First Art Fair!

On Saturday, June 19th Punkiboo Designs took part in a Local Art Show at Heritage Oaks Winery. It was my first time participating in such an event and with the help of family and friends, everything came together nicely! A lot of interest was shown and the shirts received great feedback. I plan to have a booth at the October Street Fair in Downtown Lodi so watch for us there! My shirts will also have a spot in Downtown Lodi's Willow Tree baby and maternity boutique! This is all very exciting. Thanks to everyone for coming out and supporting my first official "public" showing! Here's to many more! (Now I have to get back to painting!)

Shirts for twin boys...beach creatures!

These two shirts are being sent off tomorrow for two yet-to-be-born twin boys named Reese and William. Their parents love the beach and the babies will probably be spending lots of time by the sea shore! These little sea creatures make me smile and I think they will look cute on the boys!

Baby Model!

I made a few shirts for a friend of mine who had an adorable little boy several months ago. She was kind enough to share the photos with me (and give me permission to post them) so here they are! It is amazing how much cuter the shirts look when they are on a sweet little cherub like this! Thanks Alexander for "rockin' Punkiboo!"

Night Owl Version 2.0

I decided to paint another version of the popular "Night Owl" shirt with a smaller, fatter owl and think that he turned out pretty darn cute! The original version will still be available (don't worry). Check it out!

Orally Fixated

I finally painted this shirt (which has been in my head for a while)and I love the way it turned out! Psychology lovers will get a kick out of this tongue-in-cheek onesie as well as the average parent who feels like they can't remember what their pacifier-loving baby's mouth looks like!

You can buy this shirt and all of the other Punkiboo Designs shirts at www.etsy.com/shop/punkiboo

Shirts heading to Texas...

Here are a few shirts that I painted yesterday, both new designs. These are heading off to Texas to a new little baby boy. Take a peek! I really like the look of both. I will be quite busy painting a dozen shirts to place in a local boutique as well as filling my Etsy.com/shop/punkiboo orders over the next few weeks, so I hope that I can grow a couple of extra arms or at least clone myself- I think that it could help out a lot!

Three shirts heading to New York City!

A lovely lady found me on Etsy.com while searching for a unique and custom baby shower gift. After some e-mails and a chat on the phone she ordered a "My Bottle/Mommy's Bottle" shirt with pink accents, a custom Brooklyn Bridge shirt with "Made in Brooklyn" on the back and a custom shirt with an oven that says, "Freshly Baked" on the front and "Dulci Bake Shop" on the back. The baby's parents own the bakery! I spent the day painting and the shirts will be sent out tomorrow! Thanks to my new Etsy customer!

Etsy success and ideas please!

Well, the shirts are well received on Etsy (so far)! I've had four sales in five days of having my shop open! It is so much fun to see where these orders are coming from (Indiana and North Carolina) and communicating with the customer to customize the shirts has been a blast as well.

I am always looking for new ideas for shirts so if any of you have been brainstorming for me, leave your idea in the comments section!

For orders by personal check, please email me and I can give you a production time frame and address to mail the check. Thanks so much!

My first two sales on Etsy!

Thanks to everyone for their support as I begin this venture! I have my Etsy shop open for business and on my first day of being "open" I received my first order...for TWO shirts! I am so excited! Well, I better get back to painting! Bye for now.
